Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including the packing slip and any promotional gifts that accompanied the purchase.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed.
